Communal area cleaning in London, Surrey & the M25
Shared spaces that make the right first impression.
Hallways, stairwells, lifts, entrance lobbies and bin stores cleaned on a regular schedule — for managing agents, landlords and residents' associations.
Communal areas are the first thing residents and visitors see and the last thing anyone wants to clean. We put small blocks and larger developments on a weekly or fortnightly rota, with the same team each visit and a simple sign-off sheet so you can see when we were there.
Low-odour, non-toxic products as standard — important in enclosed stairwells and lobbies where residents pass through all day. We bring everything, work around deliveries and post, and report anything that needs attention (bulbs out, leaks, fly-tipping).
Managing agents call it common parts cleaning, block cleaning or communal cleaning — it’s the same rota.
